The Ts & Cs.

  • All classes are by appointment and run for 1 hour, mat classes 50 minutes.

  • Please wear clean socks and bring a towel.

  • All sessions, privates and classes are prepaid.

  • All packages have an expiration period. Packs can be put on hold in the case of illness. 

  • Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • CPS upholds a strict 24-hour cancellation policy with the exception of illness and emergencies. Please read our full terms & conditions here.
