I started teaching Pilates because I believe exercise and movement is so important to health and wellbeing. I wholeheartedly believe in the benefits of Pilates after experiencing how customisable and easily tailored the exercises are. Through my own battles with injury and weakness, Pilates has given me a freedom of movement and understanding that is very different from other forms of exercise.

My diverse career as a dancer, yoga teacher and aerialist influences my teaching. As a member of the Australian Pilates Method Association, I have a deep understanding and commitment to the Pilates method. Combining scientific knowledge through continuous study with the Pilates method helps me achieve the best outcomes for my clients. My tailored approach ensures a safe, enjoyable and challenging workout to meet your goals and get you results.
